If things that were said down in the RR is considered breaking rules, then everyone else involved is also be at fault.

Regardless, somewhere along the way it all went wrong.

Never had a problem with GB personally so not sure what happened.

Also there's a couple of other recently banned posters on the attack so don't be sure each incident to come is him.
